US SPECIAL OPERATIONS COMMAND MRGG-A is being made available to the public as a Factory Reference Rifle.

The Mid-Range Gas Gun Assaulter rifle is a powerful, yet compact system designed for the evolving needs of the US Special Operations Command.

Upper: Monolithic upper receiver machined from one piece of 7075-T6 aluminum and includes a forward assist with serrated bolt carrier. The patented upper receiver allows for quick barrel changes, making the receiver both easy to service and compatible with most LMT MWS .308 and 6.5CM barrels.

Barrel:  14.5″ MRGG-A barrel chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor with a 1 in 8 twist rate. Made from stainless steel with proprietary coatings and cryogenic treatment, these barrels are incredibly accurate.

BCG:  The LMT .308/6.5CM bolt carrier group was designed with the same materials and principles as the 5.56 enhanced Carrier.  This BCG is exceptionally durable, and it’s no mystery why it has been selected by military units around the world. Additionally, the MRGG carrier is serrated to work with the forward assist MRGG upper receivers.

Lower: LMT’s fully ambidextrous MARS-H lower, allowing for both left and right-handed operation of your essential controls, including safety selector, magazine release, and bolt catch and release. The magazine well is also flared to allow for faster re-loads.

Rile comes with one magazine and operator’s manual.

MRGG-A’s are Factory SBR’s and the only way to obtain the MRGG-A upper, barrel, and/or BCG is to purchase the complete rifle.
